Through this engagement, she gained strong practical exposure to project execution, institutional systems, and the operational realities of the development sector.

During her professional journey, she observed a consistent challenge among many local NGOs and government-linked organizations in Nepal—the difficulty in accessing international grants and meeting evolving donor requirements. Despite having impactful initiatives and strong community-level presence, many organizations lacked the structured systems, documentation quality, and strategic alignment needed to compete effectively in the global funding environment.
